Courtney Conlogue has conquered her second consecutive Cascais Women’s Pro, in the challenging five-foot waves of Guincho, in Portugal.
The American surfer defeated Tyler Wright by a narrow margin and postponed the Australian’s lifelong dream. The next battles will be fought in Landes, France, and in Honolua Bay, Hawaii.
“The world title race has definitely tightened up. I still have a lot of work ahead of me. I’m one step closer, which is always a positive. I am just really happy with my performance at this event, and I feel that I am on a good path right now,” expressed Courtney Conlogue.
